Ref order 1096. I received

Ref order 1096. I received my two units. Thanks. I have followed the instructions carefully to set up the units. I can access the units from my browser on my iPad and enter the settings and reset correctly. However after the new settings have been received by the unit the green light does not start to flash nor can I see them on iHelp. I can see my other working units. I have used the same settings for my new units except for allocating the individual ip. I use a ZyXEL P-600Hw-T1 v3 router just for my iTach units. It is set to mode 801.11b Can you suggest anything to assist me? Thanks
