The TCP/IP (Ethernet) to Contact Closure Relay allows you to quickly connect almost any electrical device to a network for remote control. 

In line with the IR and Serial/RS232 products, the iTach provides a new level of automation and control flexibility, enabling device networking in Home or Commercial properties.

It just works!

I have this connected to a garage door and the front gates at a property in Rochester and it just works! Only setup needed was to set a static IP address from it's web interface, less then 30 seconds to setup. I've never needed to touch it from the day it was fitted. Ive said it before and I'll say it again, This is how home automation should work!
